For the Love of Seersucker

Conductor Booties in Seersucker

I have been thinking Eco-Conscious as always. I am so inspired by the Neighborhood Co-Op and its shoppers. I love the organic feel of the place too. I am so happy to be a part of it all too!

Also, my boy got this new Cannon lense, and it takes crispity clear images. It is slightly wide, too. WOW!!

A Green way to Create and Sew

I found this photo here on treehugger.com.
This amazing cork fabric is very cool. I saw that MiaJoie on etsy is now making Cork Baby Shoes, a wonderful way to be eco-friendly too. Now, this cork fabric is pretty thin compared to other cork available at the hardware store like this HERE. The stuff at Lowes is maybe 1/8" thick, and is about $10 per roll. It is a good sized roll too. But the designated Cork Fabric/ FabriCork is nearly $130 per linear yard!! Wow, that is quite an investment, but maybe worth it. I love how people are thinking Green these days! Especially crafters!
